This website has no forms of its own. Any data you provide reaches us through the channels you choose: the booking tool Cal.com (name, email and chosen date, in order to manage your appointment), WhatsApp or email (whatever you decide to share, in order to answer your enquiry). Please do not include clinical information through these channels; we will discuss that calmly in session.
When you book, your data is also processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp (Meta) applies its own policy to conversations. This site is served from Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: it sets no cookies, does not track you across websites, does not build profiles and collects no data that could identify you. The fonts are served from this same domain, so browsing here does not generate requests to third-party servers in order to load them.
The basis for processing is your consent and, where applicable, the professional relationship. Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and for the legal periods applicable to health records.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@bertasujata.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
